Who's it good for?

Being a part of a mastermind group isn't for everyone and it needs to be a good fit for you and for us. If you have the following qualities chances are it will be:

1. 3 years previous business experience or many years corporate managerial positions
   
2. You’re willing to ask for and help others by sharing your ideas, strategies, methods and knowledge
3. You'll respect the privacy and protect the confidentiality of all the mastermind members
4. You're open to learning and receiving honest feedback from others
5. You hold yourself accountable for your actions and words
