What does your business do?
I help women between the ages of 35-65 to achieve more of what they want in life by showing them how to define and align their personal brand with their desired outcome. This could involve personal grooming and presentation skills, wardrobe and shopping strategies, workplace image and etiquette solutions or a full makeover.
What’s your favorite thing about being in business?
I love what I do... and what girl doesn’t love getting paid to shop and play dress-up?
Who do you like to work with?
I work with both professional women and ‘domestic goddesses’. But most of all, I love to work with those who recognise that to get different results they need to do something different, are willing to accept and act on feedback and are open to possibility.
What do you like about being a part of Business MasterMinds?
I love the camaraderie, the laughter, the knowledge sharing, and the agent provocateurs. I also love that each session is structured and not high pressure networking or just a ‘talkfest’.
What does your business do?
You know how some businesses ought to be great, but somehow people are disengaged and the atmosphere at work sucks? I help build a great environment where great people can thrive, and where companies break through to new levels of success, using all of my 35 years’ experience as a coach, award-winning business owner and educator. I am also a coach with Women on Boards in Australia and director of a business to business networking group (no, not BNI).
What’s your favourite thing about being in business?
Breakthroughs. When people have epiphanies, realise that change is possible and make it happen, shatter their own glass ceiling, grow their company to the next level, solve problems, become confident, find new strategic partnerships, and rediscover their own values … it’s just the greatest feeling to have helped trigger those changes.
Who do you like to work with?
The widest range possible. I don’t like being ‘niched’! Anyone who is getting stuck and reckons it is time to do something about that.
What do you like about being a part of Business MasterMinds?
It is both indulgent and essential for me. Indulgent, because every week I get the stimulation of hearing the ideas and views of a diverse bunch of people, and leave re-invigorated. Essential, because the professional relationships and insights built up over a period of time have been incredibly valuable in developing my business and ‘presence’ since moving here in 2009.

What does your business do?
Taste Ireland import and distribute Ireland leading food brands. The distribution is twofold online retail & wholesale. Our core community / customer base includes Irish ex pats, backpackers, Irish Australians and those with an affinity to Ireland.
Alphapreneur helps others start their first business. This is presented through seminars, workshops & mentoring. The Alpha concept focuses on the 'BE-ginning' of the business journey - who you need to BE as a person and start up strategies to fast track your success. Typical customers include disgruntled corporate, one year old business owners and recent graduates.
What’s your favorite thing about being in business?
Freedom to chose how my day, week and year is scheduled. Ability to add value to peoples life’s. Achieve financial success. Continually develop myself. Meet interesting people & mentors.
Who do you like to work with?
Those who have skills I do not have; therefore leveraging my time whilst learning from others. Like minded people for business partnerships, ideas and mentoring.
What do you like about being a part of Business MasterMinds?
Great structured format to assist like minded business people grow their individual businesses as well as contributing to the growth of others. It’s a fantastic learning platform which I believe is an essential component to growing any business in today’s fast paced and diverse market-place. It’s also great fun!!

Odyssey Leadership is an international consultancy founded with a mission to engage the potential of clients through teaching a strategy for life leadership. Quest for Authenticity – the company’s flagship 12-week life leadership program - aims to strengthen personal authority: the capacity to live “in tune” to one’s core values and beliefs.

Assisting executives and social influencers connect to their authentic leadership style so that they can more effectively inspire others.

Anyone who wants to change, challenge or improve their lives. Clients include individuals and business professionals to ASX100 CEOs.
What do you like about being a part of Business MasterMinds?
Each BMM member brings to the table their own expertise and experience, and the interactive collaborative nature of BMM draws out each individual’s “wisdom” that is openly shared with the group as a whole. Through the meeting’s structure and social events, I find the community of “masterminds” both intellectually stimulating and emotionally rewarding.
